One price, agreed before we start. Here is how it is worked out, and what is in it.
Junk removal: priced by truck space
Labour, loading, the drive and the dump fee are all included.

Dumpster rental: priced by size
Delivery, pickup, the rental days and the dump fee for the included weight are all included.

What can change the price
- Heavy loads such as concrete, dirt, brick or shingles
- Items with their own disposal fee, such as mattresses, tires or fridges
- Taking something apart first, such as a hot tub or shed
- For dumpsters: going over the included weight or keeping it longer
Your price is confirmed before any work starts. The online price is a range for the load size you pick. The crew looks at the load on the day and tells you the final price. If you say no, you owe nothing.
